Step 1:

Visit www.siteimprove.com, and click the Login button:

Cookie Consent:

You will likely be presented with a consent agreement. Please select Allow all cookies to ensure the tool works properly.

Step 2:

On the Sign in page, click the Sign in with SSO button:

Enter your Penn State email address, and click the Continue sign in with SSO button:

Proceed through Penn State SSO authentication.

Step 3:

Once SSO authentication is complete, you will either be logged into Siteimprove, or taken to an account selection page. If you arrive at the account selection page, select either one of the accounts to begin.

Potential sign-in issues:

No accounts found in this region

Some users may see a “No accounts found in this region” message when trying to log in. If you are presented with this screen, click the “click here” link in the message. That will either re-route you to log in screen or log you in to Siteimprove.

Authentication Failed

Some users may see an “Authentication failed” message. Click the “Try signing in again” link. This will either re-route you to the login screen or log you in to Siteimprove.

Once you are logged in:

Once you’re successfully logged in, your Editor dashboard (Accessibility) displays.
