How do I see which sites are assigned to me?

Once you’re successfully logged in, your Editor dashboard (Accessibility) displays.

Sites list:

The list of websites you have been associated with is available from the sites drop down at the top of the page:

Before reporting a missing site, check the list of Failed Scans in Sharepoint to see if your site is on the list. If a website is not in the list of failed scans, is not appearing in Siteimprove and should be included, submit a request via ServiceNow.

In your request, include the following information:

Name and Penn State userID of the person(s) needing access
The website(s) that should be visible
Your unit or department (used to apply appropriate tags)
The name of your Accessibility Web Liaison(s)

Providing this information helps ensure the site is added correctly and aligned with Penn State’s reporting and governance structure.

If you see a website in Siteimprove that you should not have access to, please submit a request via ServiceNow so it can be reviewed and corrected.

In your request, include the following information:

Name and Penn State userID of the person(s) who can see a site they should not have access to
The website(s) they should not be able to view in Siteimprove
The name of their Accessibility Web Liaison(s)
