Request access to Siteimprove:

In order to get access to Siteimprove, you need to submit a support request through Penn State's IT Help Portal, ServiceNow.

Submit a ServiceNow Support Request

: Your request will notify a Siteimprove Administrator to provision your account and notify your Accessibility Web Liaison. The Administrator will also confirm your account creation in the ServiceNow ticket.
: Access to Siteimprove at Penn State is managed centrally, so individual users cannot add new accounts directly. All new users must be requested through ServiceNow. Follow the same request process outlined above to request accounts for additional team members.

This process helps ensure that access is granted appropriately, aligns with unit responsibilities, and supports consistent reporting and oversight across Penn State.
