Request an Account

Before you can use Siteimprove, you must have an active account and the correct site permissions.

Request access to Siteimprove:

In order to get access to Siteimprove, you need to submit a support request through Penn State's IT Help Portal, ServiceNow.

  • Include the following information in your request:

  • Name and Penn State userID of the person needing access

  • The website(s) they should be able to view

  • Their unit or department (used to apply appropriate tags)

  • The name of your Accessibility Web Liaison(s)
