Siteimprove reports give users an easy way to monitor website accessibility, quality, and overall performance. These reports help units track issues, measure progress, and support ongoing remediation efforts

: In Siteimprove, Penn State users with the User role have access to standard dashboards and reports that focus on accessibility, quality assurance, and overall site performance. These include views that show your site’s accessibility issues, DCI (Digital Certainty Index) score, issue trends over time, and prioritized lists of pages that need attention. Users can also filter and export data to focus on specific sites, issue types, or time periods.

In addition, all users receive an automated weekly DCI report every Monday, which summarizes overall site health, recent changes, and progress toward improvement. These reports help content authors, developers, designers, and site owners monitor their sites, track remediation efforts, and stay informed without needing to log in daily.

More advanced or customized reporting options are limited by user role, so most users will rely on the built-in dashboards and scheduled reports for regular monitoring and planning.
: Yes, users can manually send reports based on the dashboards they have access to. While Users cannot schedule recurring reports, they can generate and share reports at any time by using the “Send report” option within a dashboard.

To add recipients to automated reports, submit a request via ServiceNow and include the name and email address of the new recipient(s) and the website they should receive the report for.
